Dinner Party is designed for the weekend. Your feast is fully cooked and refrigerated and arrives on Thursday or Friday. You may enjoy your Dinner Party anytime through Sunday evening.
You can check and confirm any order you have placed by clicking on the Login/My Account button in the top right corner of our website. From there you can access the My Orders section which lists all past, present and future orders.
Our current available restaurants will be listed under the Upcoming Feasts tab which is listed at the top left of our website.
When you are ready to redeem your gifted feast, select Reserve Now for the feast you would like to reserve. Select a reservation date, and continue through the process of entering your information. On the Summary page, in the right hand column there is an area under the Order Summary labeled Gift. This is where you enter your gift code. Remember to hit the Apply button and see your gift code redeemed. Click the orange Confirm button to finalize your order.
We are always happy to accommodate the change of date of an order as long as we have spots available for that week. If we are unable to accommodate the week of your choice we can reschedule for another week that is available, or you are welcome to send your feast to someone else.

Since each month our feasts change, our ability to accommodate certain dietary restrictions changes with them. However, we do our best to accommodate as many allergies and dietary requirements as possible. The best way to check on your dietary restrictions for your chosen feast is to reach out to us at support@mfeast.io with your specific dietary questions and we will get back to you as soon as possible with the information.

Our orders are shipped out each delivery week for delivery on Thursday or Friday by FedEx. Once your order has been picked up from the Moveable Feast kitchen, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your order.
A: We monitor all orders as they are being shipped via the tracking information that is also provided to you. If we see that your order has been delayed for any reason, we proactively reach out to the shipping company to get real time information on the status of your order. Someone from Moveable Feast will then contact you to let you know what we have learned from the company.
If your package is delayed, it is probably still okay. We pack each box with enough ice packs to last for a long time. If anything is wrong with your order, just let us know at support@moveablefeast.io and we will make it right.
