GENERAL

Q: Why are reservations only open on Thursdays and Fridays?

Dinner Party is designed for the weekend. Your feast is fully cooked and refrigerated and arrives on Thursday or Friday. You may enjoy your Dinner Party anytime through Sunday evening. 

Q: How do I check my order details?

You can check and confirm any order you have placed by clicking on the Person Icon in the top right corner of our website. From there you can access the My Orders section which lists all past, present, and future orders. 

Q: How do I see what restaurants are available to order?

Our current available restaurants are listed under the Current Offerings section on our homepage.

Q: How do I redeem a Feast Gift Code?

You can redeem your Feast Gift Code by entering it in on the checkout page in the “Discount Code or Gift Card” section and hitting the apply button. 

Q: I booked for___ but realized I will be out of town. Can I change it to __ week?

We are always happy to accommodate the change of date of an order as long as we have spots available for that week. If we are unable to accommodate the week of your choice we can reschedule for another week that is available, or you are welcome to send your feast to someone else.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

Q: How do you handle dietary restrictions?

Since each month our feasts change, our ability to accommodate certain dietary restrictions changes with them. However, we do our best to accommodate as many allergies and dietary requirements as possible. The best way to check on your dietary restrictions for your chosen feast is to reach out to us at support@mfeast.io with your specific dietary questions and we will get back to you as soon as possible with the information.

DELIVERY

Q: I wanted to confirm our order, can we get an approximate delivery time?

You can check and confirm any order you have placed by clicking on the Person Icon button in the top right corner of our website. From there you can access the My Orders section which lists all past, present and future orders.

Our orders are shipped out each delivery week for delivery on Thursday or Friday by FedEx. Once your order has been picked up from the Moveable Feast kitchen, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your order.

Q: My order was scheduled to be delivered ___ but the tracking is now saying it will be delayed to ____

We monitor all orders as they are being shipped via the tracking information that is also provided to you. If we see that your order has been delayed for any reason, we proactively reach out to the shipping company to get real time information on the status of your order. Someone from Moveable Feast will then contact you to let you know what we have learned from the company.

If your package is delayed, it is probably still okay. We pack each box with enough ice packs to last for a long time. If anything is wrong with your order, just let us know at support@moveablefeast.io and we will make it right.
