Why We Love It

Kim walks the walk. Her team in the kitchen is all women, where as a mentor she teaches her cooks how to manage time and perfection, run a business, and enjoy a balanced and fulfilling life. Her food is precise, presented with impeccable technique. It is also delicious, sourced from a career spent cultivating relationships with farmers in bountiful California.
